eMPATIX Payroll can handle both fixed salary, hourly salary, commission salary or a combination of this.

The hours that are logged by an employee can be used for payment of hourly wages, and reimbursement for outlay and travel expenses are included. Your hours can be registered directly from a mobile phone, PDA or computer.

On this basis we can automatically generate pay slips with the correct number of hours and reimbursement for outlay/travel.

The pay / wage / Salary slip can be printed out or be sent as an E-mail.

The administrator can access income and pay per day for each employee, level of invoicing, profit, etc.

eMPATIX Payroll are integrated with eMPATIX Accounting and are based on wage templates per employee that are duplicated for each salary period.
It is possible to include different types of pay increases, tax deduction, calculate social security costs, etc.

In addition, automatic notification is received on the level of invoicing during the past 200 registrations of hours, along with automatic calculation of what the following wage and invoicing levels will be, outstanding non-invoiced amounts, costs for health and social benefits and overhead, profit/loss.
