The Reseller/Partner has undergone an introduction to the Product’s features and  thus obtained the qualifications necessary for serving as a Reseller/Partner of the Product.

All sale of eMPATIX in Indonesia is done thorougt Resellers/Partners.

Marketing
An important requirement for development of the partnership is ongoing communication in the form of regular status meetings. The purpose of the status meetings is to make adjustments to expectations with regard to the collaboration as well as to inform each other about:

  • The market situation
  • Customers and potential customers
  • Future and ongoing projects
  • The content of sales and competence catalogues
In order to achieve success with marketing efforts, a joint local or industry-related marketing approach is necessary. Among other things, the status meetings are used to make detailed adjustments with regard to how this might best be achieved, along with determining which actions will be required.

Competence Catalogue

The competence catalogue shall make visible which performance components PT Empatix can provide, as an extra service, in connection with the sale of Empatix solutions.  

The catalogue shall be considered an opportunity to outsource certain duties which one does not have the required competence to perform, or which are not possible to be performed in-house due to time limitations.  

The catalogue shall be reviewed at the status meetings, and the content of the various performance components shall be discussed. Here the partners have an opportunity to propose requests for new elements to be added to the competence catalogue.

The Sales Programme
Through its sales programme, PT. Empatix strives to support the marketing efforts of its partners with regard to sales of ERP / CRM / CMS / HR / E-commerce software solutions. In this regard, it is important to emphasise that the sales programme is differentiated with respect to solution types, as the different solutions require different sales approaches.

The cornerstone of the sales programme is the sales catalogue, which contains a wide variety of materials and recommendations that can serve to support solution sales and thereby contribute to general marketing efforts.
